Glee has a number of potentially intriguing storylines here... only to simply skip past any kind of build-up or earned resolution in lieu of as many songs as it could squeeze into an hour.
In glee season 3, it seems like that Glee’s entire Michael Jackson episode just few by! Between all the amazing musical numbers, the colorful costumes... and don’t even get us started on Sebastian.
Whitney Houston as the pop music’s queen with her majestic voice and regal image were tainted by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown, has died. The Glee dvd episode was completed before Houston’s death Saturday but just happened to include Amber Riley (portraying Mercedes) singing the Houston anthem “I Will Always Love You.”
That’s because lovers have much better things to do on Valentine’s Day than watch even a lovey-dovey episode of “Glee,” in which Mercedes bravely decides to go it alone rather than choose between current boyfriend Shane and ex-boyfriend Sam.
I loved the performances in glee dvd 1-2, especially "Stereo Hearts" and "Cherish," but I fail to see why they can't be combined with consistent storytelling.
When you watch the glee dvd, you can recall your memory for Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. Enjoy the time with Glee and sing I Will Always Love You.
